RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are POD (Print-On-Demand), we have a limited return policy.

-Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll work with our suppliers to provide a reprint or refund.

-Change of mind/sizing/wrong item: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer's remorse. All sales are final for these reasons.

-How to report an issue: Email us at returns@2nerds1bed.com with your order number and photos. Do not ship the item back unless we instruct you to.

Refunds (when approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
